Labelling and Packaging of Workplace Containers
If you transfer hazardous substances into other containers for use at your workplace, your labelling and packaging requirements will become easier to comply with. These are found in Part 2 of the draft regulations.
As long as it is a container less than 40L for use in the workplace, the label will only need to include

Containers need to be compatible with the substance and in sound condition. A prohibition has been explicitly made on using containers that usually hold food or beverages, or could be mistaken as such.
