  • Chemsafety COVID-19 Response Plan

As the government increases its response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Chemsafety has the safety and health of our team, clients, partners their families at the forefront of our minds.

At this time, we do not anticipate that this situation will impact our ability to continue to deliver our services to you.  We have a business continuity plan in place and have developed a COVID 19 response plan to ensure that we can look after our team and continue to deliver our services.

Here's an overview of some of our current initiatives:

  • We have developed a COVID 19 response plan outlining actions and who on our team is responsible.
  • We are following Ministry of Health guidelines and are enforcing a 14-day work from home policy for any staff members who are required to self isolate.
  • We are reviewing our attendance at all public events and conferences which have been booked in the coming weeks and months.
  • We have arranged for our team to receive the latest flu vaccination.
  • We have also shared best practice health tips with our team and placed extra hygiene precautions in the offices and informed our team of social distancing practices.

What we ask of you:

Please advise your Chemsafety contact of any requirements that you currently have in place before we attend your site.

If you are unwell please advise us so we can reschedule the site visit, training session, or meeting.  For some things we can meet with you using remote techniques like Skype,

Thank you for your co-operation and support during this time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
