HSNO Regulations - Introduction

Introduction

Way back, just in time for Christmas 2015, the draft Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations were released for consultation and Chemsafety published a series of blogs outlining what we might expect.  Fast forward to June 2017 and the final regulations have been released (with a small increase in the number of pages) and with them, an updated blog series.

If there is any aspect of the new regulations of particular interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact Chemsafety’s HSNO team.
