LPG Compliance Certification

Location compliance certificates are a check by a Compliance Certifier that your hazardous substance location complies with specific aspects Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations. If you store over 100kg of LPG at your site, then you need a valid LCC (Location Compliance Certificate) for your gas supplier to continue to supply gas. Your LCC will be issued for a period of 3 years (for 100-300kg of LPG) or 1 year (for more than300kg of LPG), after which the Compliance Certifier needs to revisit your property and do another check to ensure compliance.

Chemsafety have four WorkSafe approved Compliance Certifiers on the team who can help you gain a Location Compliance Certificate for your LPG storage.

Our Compliance Certifier will visit the property and ensure that your LPG is compliant to the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations. This includes ensuring there is a site plan of your property, that your LPG cylinders are adequately secured, and the correct signage is in place.
