The Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017 (HSW(HS)) have now been upon us for nearly 5 years and uncertainty around documented worker training and certified handlers still seems to be a hotly contested issue.
In this webinar, we cover the intricacies of what needs to be covered as per Part 4.5 of HSW(HS) and when refresher training should be scheduled by the PCBU for the worker.
